Personal Loans $1000 - $50,000
Getting approved a large personal loan between $5000 and $50,000 can be quite a challenge to say the very least. At BFC we have been working with over 300 different banks, credit unions, and private lenders in an effort to an exceptable balance between risk and return for both the lenders and the borrowers.
As you can well expect, finding willing lenders that will lend out 5000 to 50,000 dollars, (AND we're talking unsecured loan here) is no easy task. We have spent literally hundreds of man hours making phone calls, and sending emails to lenders all across the United States and Canada. VERY few will even consider a loan up to $5000 unsecured. The only lenders willing to take on a risk for unsecured lending, insist on making a return upwards of 30% or more in interest. Extremely expensive borrowing.
Then there is the mid-tier lenders that want some sort of security on the loans between 5-50 grand, and they still want a large APR levied against the note. The most common of course are the more traditional lenders who have to see security in the form of home equity. These lenders want to see a guarantee that they will get their money back in case the borrower defaults on their loan.
